The iXpenseIt Home screen gives you the complete overview of your monthly budget and expense. On this screen you can view your total monthly expense and balance based on the pre-defined monthly budget amount. We even include a visual indicator to show you a quick glance of how much money is left in your planned budget. Other things you can do on this screen: - Delete Records - Scroll up and down to view other records - Navigate to different calendar date - One tap navigation to other crucial functions such as reporting, add new records or search for existing records. |
Add Record

The iXpenseIt add new record screen is designed to record an expense quickly and efficiently. You can use the camera icon to either take a picture of your expense receipt or grab a photo receipt from your existing photo libarary. You can even set up an recurring expense right here. All fields are customizeable including: - Turn on / off VAT/GST - Add or delete Expense Types - Modify expense categories/subcategories names or assign different icons - Date - choose repeat to select repeat cycle - Add or delete Payment types - Add or delete Vendors |
Currency Conversion
| The iXpenseIt currency conversion utility automatcially detects when you attempt to input a foreign currency amount. It retrieves the most recent exchange rate from online and uses it to convert the foreign currency to your default local currency. |
Graphical Report
| The iXpenseIt graph report is interactive. You can view the report by Pie chart or Bar chart. When tap on each section of the report, it will display sub-reports. Turn your iPhone or iPod touch sideways, and the report will be displayed horizontally to allow more viewing space. |
Simple Budget
| The iXpenseIt simple budget gives you a very quick option of set your monthly budget. Specify your monthly budget amount and you are done! |
Detail Budget
| The iXpenseit Detail budget allows you to specify a monthly budget for any expense Categories you have setup. For example you can set your monthly budget for Food at $500, and every time you enter a new food expense, iXpenseit will deduct that amount from the $500 of the food budget. Each category budget adds to the toal budget, which is displayed on the Home screen. |
Settings

The The iXpenseIt settings allows users to customize the application to their likes, including turn on your personal password protection. By set your default settings, recording an expense can truly take less then 5 seconds! Things you can customize: - Turn on / off the budget module - Turn on / off password protection - Turn on / off currency conversion - Turn of / off VAT/GST field - Customize mileage deduction rate - Default settings for expense Types, Categories, Subcategories, Payment types, Vendor, local currency. - Specify a quick entry field when adding a new expense record. |
Data Export
| The iXpenseIt export feature allows you to archive and backup your data conviniently. Using the Wi-Fi option, you can quickly access all your iXpenseIt data via any web browser. You can also email your iXpenseIt reports including photos of your expense receipt. Export files are in .HTML pre-formatted report or you can choose the .CSV file attachement to be imported into Microsoft Excel or Apple's Number applications or any other desktop applications that supports .CSV files. |
